About APHF
The African Primary Healthcare Foundation (APHF) is the nonprofit arm of the 3DI Companies family office, dedicated to expanding access to community-based primary healthcare in sub-Saharan Africa. APHF was founded on the belief that sustainable improvements in community health require locally grounded, community-led solutions.
APHF partners with local health workers, community organizations, and regional health systems to design, fund, and scale primary care infrastructure where it is needed most. Our approach prioritizes community ownership, cultural appropriateness, and long-term sustainability.
